I hope you all had a wonderful Easter despite these strange times. If I can find some solace in this tragedy, it's that we've become more focused on family and being with each other either physically or in virtual form. We've done a lot of Facetime and video chats with family and friends, missing them and realizing that in all of this, it's really our relationships and the people around us that matter.
To feel a little festive, I did an Easter mani using a very old American Apparel nail polish in L'Esprit. American Apparel has discontinued their nail lacquers, but the formula is simply one of the best I've tried. I love the one-coater formula (although I use 2 coats for maximum effect), and how buttery and smooth it glides on the nails.
I used OPI Mod About You on the accent nail. I think it's one of OPI's most popular pinks. It's a beautiful carnation pink that is very feminine and spring-y. It is one of my go-to polishes for spring or whenever I feel a feminine, carefree shade.
