What can be a better value than a travel self tanner and powder bronzer for only ten bucks?

I was able to try tarte's Golden Opportunity Kit for those who love to tan but don't like toasting under the sun's harsh rays. This kit has two travel-sized products: the Brazilliance Maracuja Skin Rejuvenating Self-tanner and the tarte Park Ave Princess bronzer. They are two miniature sized products to achieve that sunkissed bronze goddess look on-the-go. This kit is works great to tote along to a weekend beach getaway.

As you can see in the swatches, the Brazilliance Maracuja Skin Rejuvenating Self-tanner applies evenly on the skin, but of course it needs to be blended evenly. tarte sells a separate tan applicator mitt to help things even out, but I didn't have a hard time blending with just my hands.

This product also has, as the name suggests, maracuja oil, my favorite ingredient from tarte. It replenishes, builds, and brightens skin's appearance. It also contains Vitamin E, an anti-inflammatory emollient, and sunflower seed oil.

The Park Ave Princess bronzer has been my go-to bronzer for a few years now if I want a golden sunkissed glow. It is gold-bronze product with shimmer, so I only use it to warm my complexion and not as a contour powder because I want my contour powder to be matte. This is great to apply over my contour product for a bronzey glow on the temple and cheeks.

The downside of course is the size of this kit and the miniature products, but since this is really marketed as a travel kit, you need to buy more when this runs out, and I think mine will be gone real soon!
