This is the first of a series of posts on some of Zoya's new offerings for summer.  The Zoya Stunning collection is the cream/jelly group of nail lacquers for this summer.  Unfortunately, I was not able to swatch these under natural light/sunlight because I didn't have the time.  I almost always opt to take photos of nail polish swatches under sunlight because you can really see the true colors under natural light.  However, these will do, because the flash just makes the colors more vibrant, but it stays true to the quality and finish of the nail polish.

Here are my swatches and thoughts on the Zoya Stunning collection.

 Zoya nail lacquer in Darcy

Zoya Darcy is a beautiful buttery yellow cream.  I don't own much yellows, but I think this is going to be one of my favorites.  As with most yellows, it's a bit streaky on the first coat, but it evens out on the second.

Zoya Stunning
Zoya nail lacquer in Thandie

Zoya Thandie is a bright orange cream.  I usually don't like orange nail lacquers because it makes my hands look grubby and dirty.  This one however just gives a pretty orange that is quite bright.

 Zoya Micky nail lacquer

Zoya Stunning

Oh Micky, you're so fine, you're so f -- okay, you get it.  This has got to be one of my prettiest Zoyas ever, and believe me, I have a lot.  Zoya Micky is a GORGEOUS yellow-pink jelly.  It looks quite squishy and very feminine.  In real life, it's actually soft and not as bright as in the photos.

 Zoya Yana nail lacquer

Zoya Yana is a pretty watermelon pink.  It has some slight shimmer as you can see in the bottle shots.   It's also very summery and I think this is the perfect pedi color.

 Zoya Rocky nail lacquer

Zoya Rocky is gorgeous.  It's a beautiful mid-tone blue cream.  I love this to pieces.  It's the perfect poolside mani color.
 Zoya nail lacquer in Josie

Zoya Josie is a beautiful grass green creme.  I also like this kind of green as I don't have many nail polish shades like this.  This is a perfect canvas for summer nail art like nail stamping, or as a base for glitter topcoats.

All in all, I can honestly say that I've missed cream polishes, just because I've been using too many glitters lately.  I love the simplicity and rich shades of the creams, not to mention the glossy effect on the nails.  The Stunning shades have mostly very rich pigmentation; they are fully opaque in 2 coats.

As for the formula, I love how buttery these glide on the nails, and were not difficult to apply even though the first coat can be streaky.  The second coat easily covers the streaks and evens out the application.

Zoya polishes are $8 each or you can purchase the sampler (all six shades) for $48.  They are available on the Zoya website.
