bareMinerals Warmth All-Over Face Color and bareMinerals READY Bronzer in The High Dive Swatches, Review

(Media sample)

Here is another group of bronzing products to welcome summer by bareMinerals.  I already posted my bareMinerals Faux Tan Body and Faux Tan Face Sunless Bronzers Swatches and Review, so here are my thoughts on the two bronzing products in the bunch- the bareMinerals Warmth All-Over Face Color and bareMinerals READY pressed bronzer in The High Dive.

 bareMinerals Warmth

The bareMinerals Warmth

I first found out about Warmth All-Over Face Color when I first tried my very first mineral makeup brand, bareMinerals.  I bought the foundation kit and I was able to try Warmth.  That was in 2005, I think.  I noticed that the Warmth I had in 2005 and the Warmth I have now are totally different.   The 2005 version was a lot redder, while this 2013 version, as you can see in the photos, is  more on the neutral-bronze side.  I like this new version better.  I think this is more wearable than the older Warmth which is quite burgundy in color.

Warmth gives color to an otherwise pale or sallow complexion.  I love to use this with a fluffy paddle brush or a bronzer brush to apply on the hollows of the cheeks, temples and lightly on the t-zone to give some color to the skin.  The best part is that you only need a few "granules" for an application, and since you only need so little, a little goes a long way.

bareMinerals Bronzer in The High Dive

The bronzer in The High Dive

bareMinerals READY bronzer in The High Dive is such a beautiful bronzer!  I like it a lot better than the other READY (or bareMinerals' pressed line) bronzer called Skinny Dip, just because the latter is lighter.  The High Dive is just dark enough for my medium, yellow-toned skin.  I love that it applies beautifully- it is not splotchy on the skin at all, and it gives a nice bronzed color which is quite buildable.

Wearing bareMinerals bronzer in The High Dive on hollows of cheeks

All in all, I'm pretty impressed with these two bronzing/warming powders.  I particularly like to use Warmth for an all over warm tone, and The High Dive to contour the cheeks and to add a slight bronze sheen on the skin.

The Warmth All-Over Face Color retails for $19, while The High Dive READY bronzer is available for $24 on the bareMinerals website.
