Dove Winter Care Body Wash Review

Don't you just hate dry, scaly, itchy winter skin?  We think that we should be using more emollient moisturizers during this winter season, but I don't think a lot of us have thought of switching body washes.

I tried Dove Winter Care Body Wash that is touted to care for the body during winter time unlike other body washes. Dove claims that it has the unique NutriumMoisture® technology that maintains skin’s protective layer and nourishes deep down to help heal dryness and minimize roughness and flaking.

So in the dead of winter, I tried a new body wash. I'm pretty glad I did. In the product photos above, you can really see how rich this body wash is! It is neither runny nor watery. It is obviously rich in texture to infuse moisture into the skin especially in the dry winter season.

What's great about this product is that it is very rich and creamy, a little goes a long way! I just draw one tiny circle of my Dove body wash on a shower puff, and it keeps my skin clean and moisturized for the day. It also comes in a huge bottle. The best part is the scent - it smells very clean and fresh.

This body wash does look my skin look soft and more supple after shower, before any lotion or cream are applied. I think I would be using this year-round, if only for more moisturized skin after showering.
