For Father's Day and Every Day: Dove Men + Care Bath and Body Review

Okay, I know that Father's Day is today, and most probably you have already gave your dad a present. The thing is, these products are not just for Father's Day, but for dad's every day grooming and cleaning, every day is perfect for gifts like these.  My husband was able to try some of Dove Men + Care bath and body products, and he was pretty impressed with these, especially the body washes that also double as face washes.  Can you believe that?  We women will never even think of using our body wash on our faces and vice versa.  However, Dove Men + Care made the unthinkable (at least for us ladies!).  They created a wash that can strip grime, oil, and dirt off hardworking, sweaty male bodies, and yet the product is gentle enough to be used as a face product. It contains micro-beads that slough dirt and oil, and yet infuses moisture (hence the term "micro-moisture").

My husband really likes the facial and body wash, as it is a multi-tasking product.  He is a no-frills guy, and if a product can clean both his face and body, that would be a plus because for him, the lesser amount of products to deal with, the better.  I personally like both scents (Fresh Awake and Clean Defense), but I prefer Fresh Awake as it smells fresh and clean at the same time, while Clean Defense is stronger and has a more musky scent.

The Men + Care Aqua Impact is a heavy duty deodorant for heavy duty men's bodies.  The clear cap is in gel form, and claims to reduce underarm odor for 48 hours, while the opaque cap is the usual white colored anti-perspirant that claims to reduce underarm wetness for 48 hours.  My husband does not perspire heavily, but he still appreciates the extra protection of this heavy duty product.  There is a clean fresh scent in every variant of the deodorant.

Finally, I love the dual-sided power tool.  One side is like loofah, and the other is your regular shower flower/mesh.  It is encased in a plastic house to protect the mesh from unraveling, and also to  help protect the product from some heavy duty scrubbing.

So here are some shopping list ideas for the man in your life, not only for Father's Day, but every day, since these are everyday shower staples that I'm sure a lot of our men can enjoy, especially for cooling off during the summer heat.  Happy Father's Day to all dads (or what's left of it!).
