I was able to try three of the four variants of NYX's Mood lip glosses. They come in squeeze tubes in different textures, flavours and tints. They are lightly tinted but most of them are pretty sheer. Since summer is approaching, this is a great way to make lips look shiny and luscious but looking light and carefree. If you want more pigment, you can also opt to apply these over your lipsticks. Here is how NYX describes the variants:

My favorite gloss is the Blue Smile Brightener. It really does make the smile a bit brightener with the blue tint. I like to use this over nude or pink lipsticks as it really complements my skintone. I like the minty (but not tingly!) taste and scent.

Affectionate has a nice strawberry scent. It has a sheer frost which changes to a light pink shade. It also morphs into a nice clear tint with goldish white shimmer. Really nice.

If you like a darker tint, Sensual is for you. It has a deep mulberry hue (which seems scary at first), but changes to a light pinkish-copper hue on my lips, and yes that sounds weird but it looks okay. Not my favorite out of the three but I think this would work great on darker skintones. This one has a berry-like scent.

All in all, this is a cute way of packaging "morphing" glosses as I'd like to call them. I like that NYX gave them different personalities from the flavor to the scent to the texture. They are all on the sheer side but you can see subtle differences and effects on your lips and smile. If you are not a fan of sheer glosses, these are not for you, but if you like fun mood glosses that have cool scents and subtle effects, go check these out.
