Nail Look: Holographic Nails Using Nfu-Oh Nail Lacquer in No. 64
Wednesday, April 25, 2012
Hi everybody! Summer is coming and the sun is shining bright and blazing here in AZ. This is the perfect time to sport holo manicures to show off that holo-y goodness on a bright sunshine-y day! I am wearing Nfu-Oh nail lacquer in No. 064, and it is such an amazing pink base with gorgeous, sharp, linear holographic flames. So pretty and mesmerizing. I bought a bunch of Nfu-Oh holo lacquers and I can't wait to swatch everything for you. I am in love with how strong the holo is in these lacquers. I didn't need the aqua base although I did purchase it, just because my nails are buffed and smoothed by my KnockOut Nails UV nail hardening system. If you have natural nails, I suggest using the aqua base because it makes the surface of your nails even and smooth for the application of holo polishes that are finicky. Nfu-Ohs, while gorgeous, require a very smooth surface, otherwise, the holo will not shine as gorgeous as it should be because the nail ridges and bumps will ruin the holo effect.
You can purchase these nail lacquers and the aqua base at Fabuloustreet.com. I will be posting more swatches of these pretties soon!
