Nail Look: Revlon Facets of Fuchsia Over China Glaze in Urban-Night
Monday, October 10, 2011
Revlon Facets of Fuchsia is one of the prettiest Revlon polishes I've seen. It's this magenta hexagon and round glitters suspended in a dark purple base. A lot of people say this is a dupe for Deborah Lippmann's Bad Romance. This is one of the glitter polishes from DL that I don't own, so I can't opine on that, but Facets of Fuchsia is beautiful. I used two coats of Urban-Night from China Glaze as a base.
Unfortunately, though, this mani didn't even last 24 hours on my tips. It peeled in sheets and it felt like it didn't dry completely, quite the opposite of my experience with Revlon Starry Pink which lasted a good four days. This is a pretty fall shade though, and it is a highly coveted polish from Revlon.
