Pink and Purple Look and Tutorial Using Illamasqua Magenta Muse and MAC Colourizations Collections

Here is a pink and purple look using some of the items I got lately, mostly from the Illamasqua Magenta Muse and MAC Colourizations collections. I love the burst of lilac, orchid and magenta shades in these products. I also love how they all blended well and came up with this eye look although they're from different brands and they all have different textures. Here are the items I used:

Here's a step-by-step:


Apply primer all over lid and browbone, and lower lashline. Using a fluffy shader brush, apply Dab on lid.


Like so.


Using the same brush, apply Mould on outer lid.


Using a stiff shader brush like the MAC 239, apply the pink shadow from Double Feature 7 on the lid.


Using a crease brush (I used Sonia Kashuk blender brush), apply the dark purple shadow from Double Feature 1 on outer lid and crease. Blend with the MAC 224. Using the stiff shader brush, apply Soulmate on inner lid going up the crease, stopping mid-lid.


Blend the colors using the 224.


Using a fluffy shader brush, apply a light pink highlight shadow on browbone (I used a light pink shadow from a Stila palette). Line upper lashline with Abyss Precision Ink. Apply false lashes. Using a detail brush, apply the pink shadow in Double Feature 7 on inner lower lashline and the purple shadow in Double Feature 1 on the outer lower lashline. Apply false lashes. Apply mascara.
