When I had a 20% off entire purchase coupon from ULTA, I browsed their items to see which one was worthy of my money. I chanced upon this POP Beauty palette called Bare Texture Kit and after playing with some of the colors, I knew I just had to have it. It contains 39 (!) shades of eyeshadows with three finishes - matte, shimmer and glitter. I don't have a lot of matte shadows in my makeup stash and I really wanted to get as much neutral mattes as I could, so I knew that this would really be a great addition to my collection. Apart from the 39 eyeshadows, it includes POP Beauty's famous Eye Magnet Primer and Line and Blend mini brush duo.
I also bought it for $28 and for the variety of colors you find in the palette, I think that's a pretty good deal.

As you can see, the pigmentation is good and the colors are rich. I especially like the shimmers and mattes. I need good, neutral mattes so this palette is perfect for my needs. They apply easily on the lid and are not chalky.
The only thing I don't like about this palette is the fallout. The eyeshadows are crumbly but I notice this also in other eyeshadows like Urban Decay, which is much more expensive than this POP Beauty palette. You need to be careful in applying the shadow, and always tap off the excess from the brush before applying.
