I was able to try Revlon's CustomEyes™ Eye Shadow palettes - fun, coordinating shades in a palette that does not have any separators - just one sleek rectangular compact that is very light, easy and convenient to use. The idea is quite simple but it works. The cover is see-through so you can easily pick your shades for the day. The plastic is sturdy and opens in an easy flick of a thumb. Of course, the big test is how the shadows really perform.

As you can see from the swatches, the shadows are very pigmented, colors are very rich. They glide on the skin like butter, and overall quality is quite impressive. To think that these swatches were applied with no base underneath!

I am especially loving Naturally Glamorous, their neutral palette, and Rich Temptations, a palette of rich plums and pinks.

I used Naturally Glamorous and the shadows were easily blendable, pigmented and perfect for a day (or even nighttime) look. I am glad Revlon made these rich, pigmented, affordable and easily blendable shades. I mean, sometimes people think that drugstore eyeshadows are not pigmented at all. BIG mistake. I have found amazing makeup in drugstore brands, and Revlon is no exception (Colorstay is still one of my favorite full coverage foundations).
