Konad Nail Stamp Art: OPI Sapphire In The Snow
Wednesday, June 9, 2010
This was my first time to try OPI Sapphire in the Snow after languishing in my Helmer for several months. This came from the OPI Holiday Wishes collection of last year, and it was one of my untrieds because I didn't think the color was THAT pretty. It is a deep blurple, or eggplant purple if you wish, and it just wasn't calling out to me. When I wore it for a night out with girlfriends, however, I was floored by how pretty it was. It looks amazing because it is dark, almost black, but you can still see the purple nuances in it. I Konadified it using m26 image plate and Konad special polish in White. I loved the contrast between the white image and the dark blurple background. Most of all, the staying power is amazing. It lasted longer than my other OPI nail polishes.
