Zoya Charla is the prettiest sparkly mermaid teal. It just screams "summer!" and it really is the perfect accessory to your nails especially on the beach or by the pool. The green and gold glitters are outrageous but they are not chunky at all. They are very fine and seemed to incorporate themselves seamlessly into the polish formula.
I like Charla especially on the toes because it is kinda unusual as a pedicure color. I also like the sparkly finish since this will go well with flops, strappy heels or even peeptoe pumps. I haven't seen a swatch of Charla on the toes so this might help to get some perspective.
