I've been hearing about LaLicious and was curious to try their offerings because I am a sucker for deliciously scented bath and body products. I finally had a chance to try some of their goodies, so here are my thoughts on these.
LaLicious Coffee Bean Sugar Souffle Scrub
$34 for 16 oz. tub
The Coffee Bean Sugar Souffle Scrub smells insanely of coffee! Just the scent alone would perk up your tired senses and get you ready for the day. I use a lot of body scrubs to exfoliate dry skin and whiten darker areas of the body like knees, elbows and ankles, but this is the first time I've tried coffee-scented scrub. Perfect for those morning showers!
The coffee sugar souffle scrub is made with coconut oil which absorbs quickly and easily into the skin. It sloughs off dead skin cells without feeling sticky or greasy. The scrubs are pure cane sugar crystals infused with sweet almond and vitamin-e oils that condition and moisturize the skin. I honestly didn't need to use lotion on the areas I used the scrub on because the oils in the product already did the moisturizing for me.

LaLicious Body Butter
$25 for 17.3 oz. tub
The body butter is paraben-free, and it is infused with scents. LaLicious offers a wide variety of scents, and you can choose your own so you can customize your scent for the day. I used the Island Guava and true to its name, it has a sweet, exotic scent that really lingered on my skin. I love the scents and I am looking forward to trying the other variants. As for the product itself, though, I felt that it wasn't emollient enough to be named a "body butter". It can be a nice lotion, but I envision body butter to be thick, emollient and would moisturize extremely dry skin. This body butter is light, airy and would be a great summer lotion, but I don't see it as a "body butter".

LaLicious Body Oil
$24 of 9 oz.
Let's save the best for last. I liked this one the best among the products I've tried. I hardly use body oils because I felt it would be too greasy or hot on the skin. LaLicious body oil was neither of those. This all-natural body oil is made with coconut oil which absorbs quickly and easily into your skin, leaving it moisturized and protected without feeling greasy. It also has macadamia nut oil as well as almond and vitamin-e oils that condition, moisturize, and smoothen skin. I use this after shower and before toweling dry. I smooth these on my damp skin and towel off as usual. I love the scent and the really delightful way it moisturizes the skin and keeps it supple and smooth throughout the day.
All in all, I like the bath and body products from LaLicious mainly because of their mostly natural ingredients and wide variety of scents to choose from. You can try different scents like Sugar Kiss, Lily Mango, Coconut Cream, Tahitian Flower, Peppermint, PassionFruit Lime, or you can choose just one scent and layer the products of the same scent to achieve lasting fragrance throughout the day. If I can recommend just one product, I highly recommend the body oil, especially if you've never tried one. I am truly enjoying it and would love to try the other scents as well.
