Quick Pinks, Purples and Plums Using Urban Decay Alice In Wonderland Book of Shadows
Thursday, April 8, 2010
So as I had mentioned, here is a simple look using Urban Decay Alice In Wonderland Book Of Shadows. As I said in my review, the colors are rich, pigmented and are a dream to apply. I used the pinks, plums and purple for this look. I used them sparingly because this was a daytime look, hence no falsies either. I was also traveling when I used this so I was not able to use a colored base like my MAC paint pot in Fresco Rose or Girl Friendly. Either of those would have made the pinks and purples more vibrant, but this would do.
Here's a step-by-step. All eye products Urban Decay unless otherwise stated.
Apply primer potion all over lid and browbone and lower lashline. Using a stiff shader brush like the MAC 239, apply Curiouser on lid.
Using Sonia Kashuk blending brush, apply Queen on outer V.
Using the same brush, apply Underland on crease.
Blend with the MAC 224 brush.
Apply more Underland with the same Sonia Kashuk blender brush.
Blend everything using the 224 brush.
Using the same Sonia Kashuk brush, apply Jabberwocky to the outer lid to create depth.
Blend the harsh edges using the 224.
Using the MAC 227 brush, apply White Rabbit on the browbone and inner corners. Apply L'Oreal Lineur Intense liquid liner (felt tip) on upper lashline.
Using Essence of Beauty mini-detail/crease brush, apply White Rabit and Curiouser on inner lower lashline, and Queen on outer lower lashline. Use Zero 24/7 glide-on pencil to tightline and on waterline. Apply mascara.

Oohh it looks gorgeous! I'd love to see a full face look with it! I don't have that palette, but I might try it with some similar shadows I have! The colours you used really remind me of one of the Graphic Garden palettes from last year ♥
This looks lovely on you ;)
