Purple Look Using MAC Colour (or Color) Craft Collection

Here's a look I made using the products I have from the Colour Craft collection. I was amazed by the colors in the Eccentricity mineralize eyeshadow. I have mentioned in my Colour Craft Review that there are some shades in the mineralize eyeshadows that are gritty in texture, but when I foiled the lavender shade in Eccentricity, it applied buttery and texture was a lot better. I LOVE Eccentricity! I am so glad I got this one. Of course, the whole look would've been better if I used falsies, but I was running out of time and had to create this look in less than 15 minutes. Just imagine long, lush lashes with this look! lol

I also used the rest of the products from Colour Craft. All products MAC unless otherwise stated.

Apply Bare Canvas paint on lids and browbone and lower lashline. Smooth with finger. Foil the lavender/light violet shade in the Eccentricity mineralize eyeshadow using Charged Water and apply on the lid using a stiff shader brush (Loew Cornell Maxine's Mop 3/8" or 239 brush).

Using the same shader brush, apply the darker purple in the Eccentricity mineralize eyeshadow on the crease going down to the outer lid.

Using a fluffy shader brush, apply the brown-bronze side of Eccentricity on the outer V.

Blend in using the 224 brush.

Using the Sonia Kashuk blender brush, apply the plum shade in Odd Bits mineralize eyeshadow on the crease, blending into the outer V.

Blend the colors out using the 224.

Using brush, apply Satin Petals on the browbone to highlight. Using Coastal Scents' mini-detail brush, apply lavender/light violet from Eccentricity on tearducts and inner lower lashline. Using the same brush, apply darker purple from Eccentricity on outer lower lashline. Apply Urban Decay 24/7 liner in Zero to tightline and on waterline. Apply mascara.

you look great in pink and lavendar. did you find a lot of fall out with the mineralized eye shadow when used dry (i know you foiled it for this look)?

yummy411- thank you! Sadly, yes mineral shadows tend to crumble and it can result to a significant amount of fall-out. I foiled the lid color but applied the crease colors dry. Since I only had to use a small amount for the crease, it wasn't such a problem for me.
