Neutrals and Maroons Using DreamWorld Minerals and Coastal Scents 28 Neutral Palette

For the look today, I used again mineral shadows that I have had in my stash for quite a while now that I haven't used, not because they're not good but because I keep forgetting to use them. Above are some of the mineral shadows I used from DreamWorld Minerals. They really apply smooth and are quite pigmented.

I also used the Coastal Scents 28 Piece Neutral Palette for this look. Please refer to the photo above for the particular shadows used. Eyeshadows used for this look are DreamWorld Minerals unless otherwise stated.

Apply MAC Soft Ochre paint pot on lid, browbone and smooth with finger. Apply MAC Beige-ing shadestick on lower lashline. Using a fluffy shader brush, apply MAC Layin' Low paint pot on lid.

Using MAC 239 brush, apply Lotus on the lid foiled using MAC mixing medium. Apply MAC Fascinating eye kohl on inner corners, then apply a little Lotus on top using Sonia Kashuk mini contour brush.

Apply Mother Earth on outer lid dry using a fluffy shader brush.

Apply Wizard Blood on outer lid and crease using the same shader brush, blending into Mother Earth.

Apply Witch's Cloak on outer lid using the same shader brush.

Using MAC 224 brush, blend, blend, blend!

Because all of the mineral shadows were shimmery, I opted to use the matte/satin shadows from the 28 Neutral Palette. Using MAC 224 brush, apply Shade A on the outer V and crease, blending into the other shadows. Using Stila No. 5 large fluffy brush, apply Shadow B from the palette to highlight the browbone. Apply MAC Blacktrack fluidline using Sonia Kashuk bent eyeliner brush. Tightline and waterline using Urban Decay 24/7 liner in Zero. Apply Red Cherry falsies #15. Apply mascara

Face:
Monistat gel as primer
Cory mineral foundation in Beyond Cream and Carmel Cream (50-50 mix)
MAC Studio Sculpt concealer in NC20
Dayna's Rested mineral undereye concealer
DreamWorld cream topping (finishing powder) in Peach
Coastal Scents 6 Piece Contour and Blush palette to contour

Those shades look so awesome on you. Love the closeup photos!

I find that a great set of brushes makes a world of difference in makeup application.

I use this set: http://www.salonhive.com/23-pc-black-handle-makeup-brush-set-w-pouch-ts-202.html

They are so soft and there is literally a brush for everything. I also like how the pouch keeps everything clean and organized.
