Golds and Greens

I am combining my two most favorite colors in the world in a look that can be worn during the day. It may look a bit summery but I don't mind, because it is still pretty warm here, although temperatures are steadily dipping. I used my new MAC Liquidlast liner in Inkspill today because I was going to spend the afternoon at a resort spa (it was a heavenly, blissful respite from everything stressful!), and I needed a liner that would neither smudge nor melt. Well, Liquidlast did not disappoint. It has gone with me to the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, my massage and shower, and the line emerged intact with nary a smudge, and I didn't get raccoon eyes at all. A-ma-zing. Now I understand when they said that this stuff really melds to your skin. I also found a more manageable way to use the brush applicator: start lining from the middle of the eye going outwards, then work your way toward the inner eye using the residue. That way, you won't get wonky lines or too thick product on the inner eye.
