I tried my new Moonbathe shadows today, and I was totally floored with the amazing texture, color payoff and blendability. These glided so smoothly on my lids, blending was as easy as pie, pigmentation was superb, absolutely beautiful colors. All superlative adjectives? Yes, yes and yes. I really love these shadows to bits. Firespot is a beautiful copper-y orange, texture is divine and it blended so easily with the other shadows. Cosmic is like a marriage of Amber Lights and Woodwinked, but its beauty is one-of-a-kind. I am returning Saturnal, however. It is a deadringer for Sable Wrap of my Formal Eyes Warm Holiday '06 palette, and to prove my point, I used Sable Wrap on my crease instead of Saturnal. Did you notice the difference? I didn't think so. I love Sable Wrap's color but I don't want to double my colors unless I use them everyday. I was planning to buy Moonbathe blushes in After Dusk and Other Wordly, but I read on the boards that After Dusk is a dupe of Plum Foolery which I have, and Other Wordly is bronzey-gold which my Gold Deposit mineralize skinfinish can duplicate as well. I would love to try both at the counter, though, and decide if they are really one-of-a-kind enough to merit some space in my makeup arsenal.
