On Seedlings and Petal(point)s

I caved in and bought the only neutral eyeshadow in the MAC Strange Hybrid collection that caught my fancy. I figured I would be using this more often than not because it's neutral, and it is kinda boring on the pan. I realized that my more "boring" colors actually bring depth to my eye looks, resulting in better blending; they make the more vibrant hues look seamless and well-incorporated. Before I go into that, here are some half-face looks showing MAC Petalpoint blush under Pearl Blossom beauty powder. I had to crop that because I had a terrible bad-hair day!

I was also wearing MAC Up-Note lipstick from the Balloonacy collection with Happening Gal lipglass from the Barbie collection

the flash played a trick again on my right eye; it looks better-applied in real life
