This 2015, MAC Viva Glam campaign collaborates with Miley Cyrus, coming up with a hot pink lipstick in the amplified formula, as well as a super glittery hot pink lipglass to benefit the MAC AIDS fund.  I was honestly a bit disappointed when I first saw the colors.  I thought I wouldn't be able to pull off the hot pink lipstick.  I was also scared that the uber-glittery lipglass would just be a glittery hot mess on my lips without any pigment whatsoever.

Nonetheless, I was excited to try the lipstick and lipglass combination.  I was actually surprised with how it looked on me.

I couldn't be more surprised!  The combination of the MAC Viva Glam Miley Cyrus Lipglass over the lipstick was amazing!  The hot pink amplified cream formula of the lipstick went so well with the sheer formula of the lipglass and its chockful of glitter.  The two lip products go together perfectly!  The lipglass gave the lipstick the oomph it needs, and it was the perfect Valentine's day lip.  I wore the combination during my Valentine 3-course dinner date with my husband, and I feel that these products were the star of my makeup look.

I can honestly say that this is probably my favorite Viva Glam lipstick and lipglass of all time (tied with MAC Viva Glam V).

What do you think of the MAC Viva Glam Miley Cyrus Lipstick and Lipglass?  I am honestly not a fan of Miley, but I think these two products are breathtaking.  Between the two, though, I am more partial to the lipglass as I feel it has a more unique shimmer and finish, while the lipstick has a lot of similar shades floating around, both from MAC and other brands.
