MAC Face and Body Foundation (right)

As I'd mentioned in my Video Review of MAC Face and Body collection, this features three kinds of products: the Face and Body foundation, the Pressed Pigments, and the Pro Sculpting Creams.
Let's start first with the MAC Face and Body foundation. This has been around for a few years now, and as you can see in the photo, I've owned one. I can say that this has a very beautiful, very natural finish- this is probably the reason why it's used almost all the time during Fashion Week and runway shows. It is a kind of a runny foundation, thinner in consistency than most of MAC's other foundations, but it blends seamlessly into the skin. The only thing that I don't particularly like is that maybe perhaps due to its thin consistency, it did not last as long as I would have hoped- maybe 5-6 hours tops. This is great for photoshoots or those who don't need to have their makeup last the entire day.
I am liking the Pro Sculpting Creams. These are creams that accentuate or sculpt your features depending on your needs. Since they are creams, they are not as harsh as powders because they look more natural, and you can easily blend them with your fingertips or brush for a naturally defined look.
The lighter shades like Accentuate and Naturally Defined can be used to highlight the undereye area a la Kardashian, to give a refreshed and more awake look even though you barely slept the night before. The darker shades are for sculpting the cheeks or the bridge of the nose, or any part of the body that you want to contour. As I'd mentioned, these creams look more natural than powders. Accentuate is a peachy beige, Naturally Defined is a warm beige which is better for warmer skintones. Pure Sculpture is a neutral pink beige. Copper Beech is a warm golden brown. Coffee Walnut is a deep dirty cool brown, and Richly Honed is a warm deep brown. I like Naturally Defined, Copper Beech and Coffee Walnut the best.
The Pressed Pigments are glitterbombs. They have really fine glitter so you may want to apply these sparingly. That disappointed me because I thought they would look like the MAC loose pigments, only pressed. The loose pigments weren't as glittery as these. However, these are good to apply sparingly on the inner corners or the center of the eyes as an accent. Light Touch is described as a high pearl powder in NW10, Warming Heart is in NW20, Day Gleam is in NC30, Spot Lit is in NC35, Beaming is in NC50 and Deeply Dashing is in NW55.
All in all, I like the Pro Sculpting Creams the best in this bunch. They seem to be very versatile and they really apply smoothly and does not settle into fine lines. The Pressed Pigments are too micro-glittery for me, but they look nice when applied sparingly. Face and Body foundation has a gorgeous finish but didn't last long on me. The winner for me in this collection are the Pro Sculpting Creams.
