I already made a video review about my first impressions on the MAC Heavenly Creature items, but here is my first written review with swatches of all the mineralize skinfinishes (MSFs) from this collection.

My favorite is Light Year, a peachy pink with gold shimmer. The base of this MSF is very very similar to By Candlelight MSF, except that the gold swirls in Light Year make it look a tad more gold.

Star Wonder is also pretty, a plumy pink with multidimensional pearl. It has the metallic pinky shade.

EarthShine, as I mentioned in my video review, is the bronzer in the collection. It is a very pretty tarnished bronze with gold pearl and pink reflects, but when applied on the skin, it's just a really nice shimmery bronze. Perfect for summer I must say.

Center of the Universe is a coral with gold shimmer. It has a sort of coppery shade that is not apparent in Stereo Rose, so no, they are not similar at all. Stereo Rose is more of a corally-red, while Center of the Universe is a coppery coral.

All in all, these look like MSFs I've come to know throughout the years - they have a metallic finish and when applied wet or damp with Fix+, they morph into highly frosty finishes on the skin. I like collecting them because they look like these cute little planets (hence the name Heavenly Creature). The metallic finishes look great on the skin especially for summer and nights out. They even give the illusion of radiant, youthful skin. However, if you have imperfections or you have big pores, this product can also emphasize those pores. I really suggest that one uses a makeup primer prior to application of the MSFs to minimize the appearance of big pores and blemishes.
