MAC Beth Ditto: Zoom Lash and Pro Longwear Lipcreme in Booyah! and Dear Diary Swatches, Review

Here's my last installment on the MAC Beth Ditto Collection, which is out in stores and counters starting today! Let's start with the Pro Longwear Lipcremes:

I am liking the shades of the Pro Longwear Lipcremes in this collection. They are so bright and fun! Perfect for summer. They may be bright, but for some reason, they look wearable on my skintone. Booyah! is such a fun name! It's a bright orange that doesn't look muddy against my yellow toned skin, so that's a plus. Dear Diary is also a lovely name. It's a bright pink that looks gorgeous on my skin. One of my favorites. The only downside is that the Pro Longwear Creme's formula is too drying on my lips. I'll keep on moisturizing my puckers and hope that they finally cooperate with this lippie.

I don't think I would ever wear blue mascara, but I really like Plum Reserve. It's a purple that doesn't look too outrageous on the lashes. Zoom Lash has nice lengthening and volumizing properties, so it's a good mascara, although my favorite MAC mascara is the new Extended Play lash.

All in all, if you like bright, fun shades that are of course signature hues for summer, these products are worth looking into. I particularly like the Pro Long Wear lip cremes in this collection (Dear Diary and Booyah!). Statement lips indeed.
