Tarte Amazonian Clay Brow Mousse Review

Four months ago, I purchased the Tarte Amazonian Clay 6-Piece Passport to the Amazon set from QVC.com. I'd thought that it would just be one of your usual makeup sets that offer a cluster of different products that are just rehashes of other makeup sets. I will be making a separate review of the entire set, but my most favorite makeup item in the set deserves its own entry.

Amazonian Clay Brow Mousse in Medium Brown, Amazonian Clay shadow/liner in Blackened Plum

My most favorite of all and has now become Holy Grail status is the Amazonian Waterproof Brow Mousse. I use Medium Brown and let me say that this is probably the best one-step brow product I've tried.

First of all, I have never heard of a brow mousse till I came across this set. This stuff is amazing. It easily fills in the brows, glides like butter on the hairs and gives a very natural-looking color and texture. The wax in the product also sets the hairs in place. This way, your brows get filled in and are set in place at the same time. I also love the dual-ended angled brow brush. The firm, resilient hairs allow the product to glide on the hairs without making a mess, and the spoolie end grooms the hairs in place and takes out excess product.

I love how polished and groomed my brows look. What's best is that it does.not.budge. I wore this to a wedding and it stayed put for 16 hours straight. If Medium Brown is too dark for you, there is Taupe which would be best for those with lighter-colored hair.

This kit is now sold out on QVC, but you can still purchase the brow mousse and the accompanying dual-sided brush for $25 on the same website.
