Aromaleigh Wonderstruck Collection Swatches and Review
Monday, November 1, 2010
I am back!!! I am sorry for the slightly long absence as I flew to L.A. last weekend to attend the funeral of an uncle. I did bring my Macbook with me, but the countless family reunions took their toll on my blogging time. I am still a bit out-of-synch as I try my best to churn out as many blog posts as I can this week because I know I am behind!!!
To start off the week, here are my long due Aromaleigh Wonderstruck Collection eyeshadow swatches. I think Spells! and Wonderstruck are two of my all-time favorite Aromaleigh limited edition collections, along with Ciao! Italia.
See the rest of the swatches after the jump
If you don't already know by now, Wonderstruck is inspired by all things Alice in Wonderland. How darling are the shades' names?? This collection has the perfect balance of light colors, deep hues and beautiful neutrals. I love the pastels, but I like the neutrals and deep fall colors in this collection the most. I fell in love with Fiddlesticks, Spot Of Tea, Temper Temper, Tunnel Vision, Melancholy Maiden, Tattered and Grown and Looking Glass. I am loving Pass The Tarts as well, an unusually saturated deep red that is on the bright side. Very complex color. I am also loving the pinks and purples, but I think I will not be getting full sizes of these as I already have too many purples. But I am tempted!!
I will be getting full sizes of the ones I'd mentioned because they would make great washes of color on the lid, like Spot of Tea, Melancholy Maiden, Looking Glass and Tattered and Grown. The others would make gorgeous crease and outer lid colors. I can't wait to create looks using these, so stay tuned!
Note: Samples were provided by a representative of the company for consideration and evaluation. All opinions are 100% mine.
